  Today I entered the store and waited for 5 minutes for service without anyone of the many people in the store approaching me to offer help. I then waited in line at the counter to ask for help and when it was my turn the lady without being friendly said ‘I won’t be long’ so I said ok no worries. I then wondered around the shop for another 5 minutes waiting only to look over and see her serving another lady who had just come in the store! I then gave up and put the things I was going to buy down and walked out without anyone even noticing or caring!!! This is my second bad experience in this chemist and I will now NEVER return!!!!!

  It is currently 6.59pm; I arrived at 6.57pm (3 whole minutes—or 180 “Mississippi”s—before closing time) and they were closed. Lights were on, someone was in there, but doors were locked and no one responded to my pleading raps on the glass. Not cool.

  In my job, I frequently put in hours of (unpaid) overtime and sometimes stay in the office until midnight getting things done for clients (or even just the client’s clients, to whom I have zero obligation), so I really have no empathy for this kind of behaviour and work ethic.
