  The sales guy knew less about the BBQs than I did with an hour on the Internet before hand. At the register they refused to let me use a card without the card present (I have a special card for big purchases that I don't carry. Usually people are quite happy to take my money). Then I got home and found out that the warehouse guy had loaded the wrong BBQ. So it took me three trips to purchase one product.

  No wonder your outdoor settings are on special, purchased a setting reduced from $799, got it home 5 hours later still drilling out holes that weren't already drilled, screws don't properly fit in some holes. What a wonderful birthday present.

  I'm really happy with the BBQ, but staff need a lot more training and management could do with some more flexibility. This shop has a virtual monopoly as their competition don't open on weekends. Maybe put prices up 5% and spend that money on improving your staff.
