  Cant rate this place highly enough. All the staff members were very helpful but the manager Ian was the best of the best. Ian went above and beyond to help us with our inverter.

  Guys were very condescending. I walked in, looked around and found what I needed. I took my purchase to the counter where I was asked multiple times if anyone had helped me(it’s an open store with short shelves and they weren’t busy, not half obvious I received no help). As he was scanning my purchases he sat a step down transformer I had picked up off to the side and stated this is not what I need without asking a single question about my needs and tried to push one over double the price to me. When I refused and asked for the one I had picked out, he refused to continue and asked the assistant manager to come talk to me. I explained the two minor uses I had to test equipment I had brought from the states and I knew exactly what I needed. The assistant manager was much more polite, but again we go through the same circle that I know nothing and I need to double what I’m spending for no reason. I’m finally gave up, bought the few cables I needed today, and left without my transformer. Very poor service and I will not be back.

  They helped me trouble shoot a 3d printer kit I got from another jaycar store. I'm absolutely stoked that the problem wasn't as bad as I first thought and they fact Ian went through a number of possible issues until he found it was top notch. The store was busy and the fact they were still able to help me in a friendly and professional manner was fantastic. Thank you so much for your help.

  Someone that appears to be a senior staff member there has no people skills whatsoever.

  Wide variety of products at decent prices, they have everything from industrial components, toys and gadgets, electronic kits and educational items. Staff are all knowledgable. I go here quite often. If you buy components, do the staff a favour and write the part number down. They'll love you for it. Minor niggle is the small car park.
