  I had gone out of my way today to go and buy the stoller as I wanted to get it before they ran out of stock. And even after talking to a manager they could not honor the marked price.

  Really bad service. They didnt have what I wanted which happens all the time. The staff didnt care, no help trying to find out if another store had it. Poor service

  I've not found staff to be particularly knowledgeable about the products stocked but we do appreciate the range and the price match policy.

  Went to Babies R Us Aspley on Wednesday looking for prams and didnt end up buying anything just took lots of photos to contemplate. I went back today after making my decision on what pram. The pram I liked was out of stock so I could only take the floor stock, and that was ok. But then I got up to the register and a stroller that was priced at $198.99 scanned up at over $600.

  Apparently the price on the stoller was the price for an extra seat. Mind you both Wednesday and today it was the only price on the stoller, there was no additional seat near the stroller. On Wednesday one of the pram specialist helped me with all my questions and agreed that $198.99 was a good price for the pram.

  Great selection of toys. But prices compared to elsewhere are quite a bit higher.
